Web design has changed a lot in the last number of years and it is always great to work with an existing client to re-develop their website, especially when we get the opportunity to take a ‘from the ground up’ approach to design.

We recently completed a full website redevelopment for our friends at Upper Island Counselling and rebranded their organization in the process.

Upper Island Counselling’s new website incorporates excellent local photography, something that is always a treat to work with.

We first met Douglas Walker at the Filberg Festival in Comox and were blown away by his artistic creations. He later came to us looking for a way to show off these amazing waterworks sculptures online. We were honored to design and build him a rich and graphic website to feature his dynamic art pieces as the focal point. Complete with galleries, video capabilities, a responsive bootstrap framework and the Drupal content management system.

Meares Island is the beautiful landmass you see when you look east from Tofino. The towering Lone Cone Mountain on Meares Island is a vivid reminder of the diverse topography of the region.

Staying abreast of current technology is important to the Westcoast Tug team. When Chameleon Creative rebranded the company several years ago we also built their first website then overhauled it two years later, using better photos and techniques current at that time. This most recent version of the website is the most appealing yet, from both viewer and company perspectives.

This project started off with the Campbell River Dive Centre looking for a brand new logo. Something cool they said. We though... what's cooler than seeing a pacific octopus on your dive? Not a lot really. So we put together a dynamic graphic with striking colors that says diving the Pacific Ocean no mater which way you look at it. This logo was designed with all aspects of marketing in mind. Signage, clothing, products, website and even temporary tattoos.

Jordin Tootoo is the first player of Inuk descent to suit up in the NHL. He now plays for the NJ Devils. We were fortunate to be chosen to design his website, promote his charity Team Tootoo and also his new book "All the way". By the Way, Jordin 22 Tootoo was born on February 2nd and his website was set live on November 22nd around 2:22pm... :)
